Our team is fully U.S.-based and made up of professionals with collegiate-level education and hands-on experience across a range of industries. I have been a professional marketing strategist and consultant since 2010. As CEO of Harper Grayson Communications, I lead with a strategic, people-first approach to marketing, helping organizations clarify their message, strengthen their brand positioning, and build strategies that support long-term growth.

Tessa Hudzietz

Director of Social Media

Digital marketing and social media have been central to my career since 2016, second only to my love for food and my family. As the Director of Social Media, I lead strategy, growth, and execution across a multi-client social media department, guiding both clients and internal teams with a clear, results-driven approach.

I have worked in client-facing roles for most of my professional life, building a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and relationship management. As Executive Assistant at Harper Grayson Communications, I support leadership, clients, and internal teams by keeping projects organized, systems running smoothly, and communication clear.

Prior to stepping into my role at HGC, I spent several years as a freelance marketing writer, supporting service-based businesses across a range of industries. That background gave me a deep appreciation for both strategy and execution, and for how important clear information, realistic timelines, and thoughtful follow-through are to successful marketing efforts.

Allexis Walden

Content Creator

Hi! I’m Allexis, and I love helping brands show up online in a way that feels genuine and creative. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University, and my passion for social media and marketing really took shape when TikTok began to rise and change how people connect with content.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and brands, helping them grow their businesses and strengthen their online presence. I enjoy figuring out what resonates with an audience and turning that insight into content that feels natural and on-brand.

My goal is to give companies the platform and support they need to build awareness, tell their story, and connect with the right people. Everything I create is done with intention, making sure it aligns with both the brand’s voice and their goals.

Hi there! I’m Carin (pronounced kah-deen), and I’m thrilled to share my passion for marketing and content creation with you! Over the past four years, I’ve had the pleasure of working in a variety of sectors, including technology, education, wellness, insurance, and legal services. I graduated from Texas State University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Mass Communication, with a minor in Spanish.

I’m passionate about the world of communications, especially social media. My skills include technical copywriting, content coordination, graphic design, analytics, social media marketing, and strategy development.

My goal is to make a meaningful impact through my work by empowering and supporting those who want to make a difference in people’s lives. I’m dedicated to ensuring that everything we share with our audiences is valuable and serves a purpose.

I’m a professional branding and lifestyle photographer with over ten years of experience obsessing over beautiful light and authentic moments. For me, photography isn’t just about a sharp image; it’s about capturing the energy and personality that makes your brand human.

I enjoy helping businesses and individuals show up confidently and authentically. I specialize in creating imagery that feels natural, elevated, and purpose-driven, providing photographs that not only look good but also support my clients’ marketing goals.

My work has been published in several magazines, including Brand Model Magazine, Houston Family Magazine, Augusta Pines Life, and Woodforest Lifestyles. I’ve also been recognized as a Best of The Woodlands photographer for multiple years, an honor that reflects both the quality of my work and the relationships I build with my clients.

I’m a full-time Business Administration college student focused on marketing. My love for digital marketing started seven years ago when TikTok exploded during the pandemic. As I joined the trends, I became excited as I learned how to grow my own social media presence. Now I look forward to bringing this same feeling to other brands, as their hard work is transformed into a tool to help them connect with the communities they want to reach.

When I’m not studying, I’m spending time with my family and animals or getting lost in a fantasy book full of magic and dragons while sipping a cup of coffee.
